About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director/ Administrator to join our team at Baruch Senior Ministries. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of our senior living facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage facility operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve financial goals and maintain high occupancy rates.
  • Lead by example in customer service, employee relations, and quality assurance.
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote our facility and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care facilities, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, and other software programs used by Baruch.
