Key Responsibilities- Manage facility operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve financial goals and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Lead by example in customer service, employee relations, and quality assurance.
- Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote our facility and services.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 3-5 years of experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care facilities, or a combination of education and experience.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, and other software programs used by Baruch.
