Job Summary

Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a highly skilled Subcontract Field Representative to join our Facilities Maintenance department. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of maintenance and service contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical processes for assigned programs, ensuring consistent compliance with technical requirements and laboratory procedures.
  • Manage subcontracts, coordinate with contract specialists, and review invoices for accuracy.
  • Provide technical direction to service subcontract personnel, communicate with support personnel, and resolve issues affecting project completion.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of Integrated Safety Management System and Quality requirements, training, and qualification of the workforce.
  • Implement Standard Work Process Procedures, complete daily activities, and review subcontract activities.
  • Participate in plan-of-the-day meetings, communicate with Operations, and initiate/coordinate safe work permits, outage requests, and excavation permits.
  • Develop Statements of Work, provide oversight of assigned subcontract activities, and review invoices for accuracy.
  • Perform safety surveillance, conduct basic/routine subcontract progress meetings, and review project activities.
Requirements
  • Level 1: Bachelor's and 0 years of experience or a High School diploma and 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Level 2: Bachelor's and 2 years of experience, a Master's and 0 years of experience, or a High School diploma and 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy 'Q' clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
