As a Lead Sales Consultant at QAD, you will focus on acquiring new clients within the Manufacturing and Food and Beverages sectors.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive software sales, ensuring that both company and personal sales targets are met. In this role, you will create marketing strategies that generate leads, manage your assigned accounts and prospects, and gain a deep understanding of customer business challenges to formulate effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate software subscription revenue for your designated territory and accounts, aiming to meet or exceed the established revenue targets.
- Engage in prospecting activities within your territory to build a robust pipeline that is five times the annual revenue goal.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners in consulting, inside sales, and support sales to optimize revenue opportunities from clients and prospects.
- Employ formal sales methodologies and tools to enhance the sales process.
- Support customers by identifying their business needs and exploring suitable options.
- Regularly update and maintain sales forecasts, providing comprehensive reports on territory status and pipeline projections.
