About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Lead to join our team at Tapcheck Inc. This is a remote-friendly role that requires a strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement sales training programs and initiatives to empower our sales team to achieve their goals.
  • Create and maintain sales training materials, including presentations, playbooks, and job aids, to support the sales team's success.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive sales training sessions to new hires and existing sales team members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Assess and analyze the effectiveness of sales training programs and make continuous improvements to drive business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and address training needs and skill gaps to ensure the sales team is equipped to meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales enablement materials align with product updates and marketing campaigns to drive business results.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team to drive performance and productivity.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement or sales training role.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful sales training programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining sales training materials.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Passionate about supporting and developing sales teams.
