Job Overview:

Chesapeake Place Senior Living is seeking a skilled Resident Services Coordinator to join our team. This role involves monitoring resident health, scheduling personal care assistants, and maintaining emergency packets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Medication Management: Ensure proper storage and care of medications.
  • Health Status Observation: Monitor residents' health status, take action to address concerns within scope of practice, record changes, and notify the Resident Services Director.
  • Lifting and Transferring Residents: Lift/transfer residents as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain residents' records daily in a timely manner, adhering to company policy and procedures.
  • Scheduling Personal Care Assistants: Schedule PCA's and develop daily tasks and assignments.
  • Evaluating Resident Care Needs: Evaluate resident care needs and determine the required level of care.

Requirements:

  • A valid CNA in good standing.
  • Previous experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
  • Reliable source of transportation.
  • Team-player mindset with attention to details.
  • Timely and organized.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm, with weekends and on-call shifts as needed.

Salary Estimate: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and location.
