We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Fertility Nurse Specialist to join our team at a state-of-the-art fertility center.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and vital signs measurement, to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide expert care and service for fertility treatments, including ultrasound monitoring and lab result interpretation.
- Educate patients on fertility medications, treatment protocols, and self-administration techniques to empower them in their journey towards parenthood.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosing and timely delivery.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and fostering a positive experience.
- Coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments and communicating treatment plans, to ensure seamless coordination of services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements, upholding confidentiality and security standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices and advancements in fertility treatment.
- Valid RN license, with minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience in women's health, reproductive medicine, or a related field.
- Experience in fertility treatment protocols such as IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and their families.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring efficient prioritization and task management.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy, adhering to strict HIPAA guidelines.
- BLS and ACLS Certification, with Phlebotomy and Ultrasound experience preferred.
A competitive salary of $85,000-$95,000 per annum, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K plan, PTO, and paid holidays.
