Job Title: Reproductive Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility /OB-GYN Physician to join our team at the New England Fertility Institute LLC. As a key member of our fertility clinic, you will provide expert medical care to individuals and couples seeking fertility treatment, offering both diagnostic and therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and manage reproductive and infertility issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing the latest fertility treatments and technologies, including medications, surgeries, and Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) such as IVF.
- Perform ART procedures, including ovulation induction, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and intrauterine inseminations (IUI).
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to maximize success rates.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including embryologists, nurses, and counselors, to deliver holistic care.
- Stay current with advancements in reproductive medicine through continuing education and research.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients about fertility issues, treatment options, and lifestyle changes that may improve their reproductive health.

Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience.
