Job Summary
We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Resident Care Specialist to join our team at Brighton Gardens of Stamford. This role is responsible for providing personalized care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our care team. You should also have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to upholding our core values of compassion, respect, and integrity.

Responsibilities
The Resident Care Specialist will be responsible for:
* Providing personalized care and support to our residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident
* Maintaining accurate records of resident care and progress, including documentation of medication administration, treatments, and other relevant information
* Collaborating with our care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services to our residents
* Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and maintain current certifications and licenses

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A High School diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred
* Previous experience working in healthcare or social services preferred
* Valid certification(s) and/or licensure(s) as required by state and local regulations
* Ability to lift, push, or move residents, equipment, and supplies as needed
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
