You will report to the Practice Director and Medical Director, working closely with a dedicated team of professionals. Key qualifications include being poised, professional, creative, eager to succeed, passionate, and charismatic. A background in aesthetics is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to identify ways to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals.
  • Conduct one-on-one beauty strategy sessions, both virtually and in-office, influencing patients to take positive actions.
  • Address patient needs, adding substantial value throughout their aesthetic journey.
  • Manage revenue across multiple patient accounts at different stages of the sales cycle.
  • Offer patient education, coordination, and scheduling for plastic surgery procedures.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and physicians.
  • Provide an exceptional experience for every prospect and patient, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in a luxury goods, consultative plastic surgery or aesthetic sales environment.
  • An outstanding verbal communicator and active listener with strong emotional acumen.
  • Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Background in aesthetics, prior experience in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, or a Medical Spa preferred, but not required.
  • Experienced in managing accounts with an online CRM (Zoho, Hubspot, etc).
  • Knowledge of Nextech and other practice management/clinical systems.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
