Customer Service Representative Position Overview

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Reports To:
Director of Customer Service

Position Summary:
In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will be integral to our Call Center operations, adeptly handling a significant volume of incoming inquiries and routing them to the relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly answer and redirect incoming calls.
  • Coordinate patient appointment scheduling.
  • Provide outstanding customer service experiences.
  • Exhibit swift problem-solving abilities to meet patient requirements.
  • Update patient records in the CRM and offer assistance to patients and caregivers.
  • Confirm patient demographics and implement necessary changes.
  • Keep precise records of all communications.
  • Utilize an online system to manage tickets for customer issue resolution.
  • Carry out additional assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, particularly on computer systems.
  • Strong typing proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to excel in a dynamic call center environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

The position may require standing, walking, performing manual tasks, and occasionally lifting office supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
