Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative & Front End Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting and thanking customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately handle customer transactions, including operating a cash register, processing returns and exchanges, and counting cash and making change.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other associates to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive and productive store environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Required
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required
  • Basic Math Skills: Required
