Qualifications:

Proficient in Agile Methodologies and their application.
Strong understanding of both on-premises and cloud-based environments.
Collaborating with project management to plan major infrastructure initiatives.
Working alongside solution architects and client architecture teams to define technical requirements and deliver modernization solutions.
Coordinating with business units and IT staff to ensure compliance and risk management.
Creating and maintaining program documentation. Demonstrating familiarity with technologies relevant to the agency.
An understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts, including strategic information gathering and data-driven improvements.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, which involves a thorough background check.
Preferred Skills:
A Master's Degree is advantageous.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to elicit requirements, document user stories, and conduct feasibility analyses.
Strong facilitation, interviewing, and presentation skills.
Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in analytical, project planning, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with enterprise-wide software deployment.
Competence in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Teams, and Visio).
Experience with Tableau, GitHub, and ServiceNow.
