Director of Brain Injury Programs

Eliot's residential network of services supporting individuals with brain injuries and developmental disabilities is seeking a Regional Director of Residential Services. The ideal candidate will have ten years of experience supervising residential staff and experience in program and staff development, program monitoring and training. The candidate will be responsible for oversight of four residential programs in the Southeast area.
Key Responsibilities- Program Oversight: Oversee all clinical and programmatic components and the coordination and implementation of all services.
- General Operations: Supervise all aspects of general operations, ensuring optimal service delivery is provided within contractual requirements.
- Compliance and Quality: Coordinate, implement and monitor program compliance with licensing regulations, contract compliance, service delivery and quality outcome standards.
- Budgeting and Finance: Develop and monitor budgets, maintain, and implement strategy designed to ensure fiscal integrity of programs.
- Client Records: Develop and implement system to maintain client records, ensuring annual plans, quarterly reports and monthly notes are current and accurately reflect clients' goals and needs.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise Program Managers to include hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Certifications and Trainings: Ensure that all required staff certifications/trainings are current.
- Human Rights: Ensure that individuals are treated with dignity and respect in accordance with ECHS' Human Rights policy.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a related field and eight years related experience, with at least four years in a management or supervisory capacity and two years of experience working with the brain injury population.
- Program Development: Experience in program and staff development, program monitoring and training.
- Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with funding and licensing sources, community groups, collaterals, service providers, families, and staff.
- Cultural Competence: Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural groups.
- Crisis Prevention: Ability to physically carry out Crisis Prevention Intervention techniques.
- Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with LPN, RN, BCBA or OT and LCSW, LICSW, LMHC preferred and highly recommended to apply.
