Job Title: Sales Development Representative

About the Job:

As a Sales Consultant with US1142 Buckhead Meat of Dallas, Inc., you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to new and existing customers. You will need to build strong relationships, understand customer business needs, and provide solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand our presence in existing accounts.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and drive results.
  • Provide product information and training to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Manage deliveries and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the order process.
  • Participate in company functions, promotions, and customer events.
  • Attend sales meetings and engage in ongoing training sessions.
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Review and analyze sales data, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, maintaining sales records, and processing credits.

Requirements:

  • Must submit to pre-employment testing (Drug Screen, Background Check).
  • Must sign Sysco Protective Covenants Agreement.
  • Must reside or be willing to relocate to the geographical vicinity of the territory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field OR HSD/GED and 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B, or outside sales experience.
  • Bi-Lingual preferred.
  • Restaurant Management, Foodservice Outside Sales, or Chef Experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Current automobile insurance with liability limits of $100,000 each person and $300,000 each accident; property damage - $100,000 required.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience, plus bonus and promotional incentive opportunities. Car allowance (mileage reimbursement) and cell phone provided.
