Key Responsibilities:
  • Flexibility to work at multiple bakery locations as required.
  • Precisely follows NbC’s proprietary recipes and production methods to meet productivity targets.
  • Utilizes commercial-grade baking equipment and tools effectively.
  • Prepares ingredients and equipment for baking, monitors the baking process, and ensures quality control.
  • Maintains proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked goods while adhering to product rotation standards.
  • Conducts evaluations of raw materials and finished products to uphold NbC quality standards.
  • Ensures cleanliness and organization of the workstation, preparing for subsequent shifts.
