Bake Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bake Assist to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes - Davenport. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality cakes are consistently created for our guests.

• Follow proprietary recipes and production methods with precision to achieve productivity goals.
• Effectively utilize commercial-grade mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Accurately prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking, and monitor the baking process.
• Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked cakes, and maintain baking and refrigeration logs.
• Evaluate raw ingredients and baked cakes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation, and ensure all baking supplies are prepared for the next shift.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
