Position Summary:

We are in search of an enthusiastic and results-driven professional to enhance our capital-raising initiatives. This role is vital in attracting investment from a broad spectrum of investors while maintaining relationships with our current investor base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategic fundraising plans aimed at securing investment from institutional investors, affluent individuals, family offices, and various other channels.
  • Identify and nurture connections with prospective investors, establishing trust and rapport through proficient communication and networking efforts.
  • Create persuasive investment presentations, pitch materials, and marketing collateral to effectively highlight our lending solutions and investment prospects.
  • Organize investor meetings, presentations, and due diligence activities, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for potential investors.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and support for existing investors, addressing their inquiries, providing updates on investment performance, and cultivating long-term partnerships.
  • Stay abreast of market dynamics, investor inclinations, and regulatory developments to refine fundraising strategies and approaches.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business management, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, capital markets, or a similar role, ideally within the real estate or financial services sectors.
  • A demonstrated history of successfully securing capital from institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and other funding sources.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building and sustaining relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders.
