Department Summary

The Product Specialist Team is responsible for crafting, updating, and distributing information and materials for investor communication initiatives. This team collaborates with various departments, including Firm leadership, Investor Partners Group Teams, Direct Lending, and Structured Finance, to ensure that the information shared is timely, accurate, and aligned with the Firm's branding and messaging. Additionally, the team supports Business Development by engaging in technical discussions with both potential and existing investors, and frequently develops content for investor-focused presentations and speaking engagements.

Key Responsibilities

This role is pivotal in bolstering the success of fundraising and client service efforts by:
  • Addressing investor diligence inquiries and supplying necessary data and materials.
  • Establishing a dependable and innovative process for responding to investor queries, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
  • Overseeing the team's content management system and working with subject-matter experts to ensure content is consistently reviewed and updated.
  • Managing the diligence materials library and creating engaging, client-centric materials that set the Firm apart from competitors.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders across the Firm to effectively address product inquiries.
  • Gaining expertise in Golub Capital products and developing a comprehensive understanding of private credit.
Candidate Qualifications

Experience & Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial institution, investment management, or a related field; prior exposure to RFPs and DDQs is essential.
  • Familiarity with content management systems.
  • Meticulous attention to detail coupled with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-starter with the capacity to work independently while also demonstrating strong collaborative skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Adherence to workplace policies as required.

Compensation and Benefits
For New York Only: The expected base salary range for this position is between $160,000 and $190,000, with actual salaries varying based on experience and qualifications. The total compensation package may include additional elements and a comprehensive range of benefits.
