We are seeking talented Physical Therapists to join our team at various Carolinas Rehabilitation locations supporting Ortho and Neuro patient populations:

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year is available, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, annual continuing education funds, Full Medbridge Subscription, one-on-one care, and a Career Advancement Ladder.

About the Role

Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to restore function, prevent disability, and enhance overall well-being.

  • Evaluate patients using a holistic approach, considering their diagnosis, condition, age, and discharge needs.
  • Gather and interpret relevant data from medical records, physician reports, and patient feedback.
  • Develop functional goals in collaboration with patients and implement evidence-based interventions to achieve these goals.
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, daily treatment notes, attendance records, patient education, outcomes, and discharge notes.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, referral sources, and clinical staff to coordinate patient care and scheduling.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a valid NC license for Physical Therapy.
