About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team at Atrium Health. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve optimal physical function and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans to restore function, prevent disability, and enhance physical abilities.
  • Conduct physical therapy programs, including exercises, therapeutic groups, and patient education, to help patients meet their goals and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and discharge planning.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, as well as document any necessary procedures or interventions.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a current NC license for Physical Therapy. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
