Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join one of our esteemed clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.
  • Work closely with developers and IT teams to design and implement technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure the proper integration of systems and maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in project management tasks, including timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Create detailed documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, and training materials.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of systems to ensure smooth implementation and functionality.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing systems based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical business analyst role or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work with complex data sets and technical systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping tools.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
