Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.
- Work closely with developers and IT teams to design and implement technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure the proper integration of systems and maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in project management tasks, including timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.
- Create detailed documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, and training materials.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of systems to ensure smooth implementation and functionality.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing systems based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical business analyst role or similar.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks and methodologies.
- Proven ability to work with complex data sets and technical systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping tools.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
