About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. As a key member of our business analysis team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving business vision into functional requirements for our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for B2B applications, commerce, supplier, warehouse, or inventory solutions.
  • Design business solutions that meet or exceed performance and scalability expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of application/business solutions with business processes.
  • Serve as the liaison between the business and technical teams, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of application/product, from initial concept through design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Cloud features, technologies, and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Analysis, Data Management, Business Intelligence
  • 4+ years of work experience in a business or technology role working closely with functions outside of IT understanding business processes and needs
  • High level of experience in systems development lifecycle models such as Agile or other traditional project management principles
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and the ability to design, configure, and deploy solutions to support them
  • Experience leading Behavior-Driven-Design (BDD) process
  • Experience gathering of requirements to facilitate automation of acceptance tests
  • Proven record of building consensus and buy-in with key stakeholders
  • Ability to demonstrate Agile delivery values of openness, commitment, respect, courage, and focus
Physical Demands
  • Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or mobile device
  • Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
