Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and thorough project documentation and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand business requirements and develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Assist with various tasks throughout the development life cycle of a project.
  • Act as a support resource to the customer while participating as a member of the project team(s).
  • Mentor and be sought out by less experienced associates for product and application analysis knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Product development experience working within an Agile project methodology.
  • Experience in accurately gathering, translating, and documenting user stories, requirements/designs to serve as functional specifications from which technical solutions can be developed.
  • Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with internal technical teams as well as external clients.
  • Flexibility/Ability to be proactive, possesses good problem-solving skills and the capability to find solutions and the ability to successfully meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of work-related experience.
