About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team at Koch Industries, Inc. in Wichita, KS. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of customer experience professionals to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and guide individuals to discover their innate abilities and align the team's talents with the company's needs to create beneficial employee/company outcomes.
  • Provide guidance in day-to-day activities of direct reports, ensuring key performance indicators are met while driving continuous improvement.
  • Develop strategic initiatives for selecting and retaining the right resources and be a key contributor in developing knowledge systems to transform the supply chain.
  • Responsible for transactional excellence from customer order to delivery of product and required documents.
  • Utilize customer insights, changing operations and market requirements to identify opportunities for supply chain optimization.
  • Regularly interface with business leaders as well as internal & external counterparts to drive engagement and adoption of processes and programs to support our commitment to continuous improvement and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to break down traditional work silos to build integrated, self-directed, and customer-centric teams.
  • Maintain an environment and culture which attracts, retains, and develops Principled Entrepreneurs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Finance, or Engineering.
  • Experience in supply chain, planning, scheduling, operations, logistics, or business analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in improving work processes to be more effective/efficient and economic.
  • Experience with SAP ECC and SAP APO.
  • Experience and proficiency with data analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of the Nylon Upstream Business.
