Key Responsibilities

In this capacity, you will be responsible for the installation, upkeep, and repair of electrical systems within our manufacturing facility, adhering to established safety protocols and reliability strategies. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to excellence in maintenance practices.

The Electrical Technician will:

  • Diagnose and resolve intricate electrical malfunctions across various machinery, including robotic systems and control units.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules with other operational teams to minimize disruptions.
  • Provide expert guidance in complex troubleshooting and process optimization to achieve production goals.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians in electrical maintenance, offering constructive feedback on their performance.
  • Interpret and utilize industrial electrical schematics and manuals effectively.
  • Employ SAP for maintenance management and maintain precise documentation.
  • Assist in planning and executing routine and emergency maintenance activities.
  • Engage in cost-effective decision-making regarding labor and materials.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety standards and maintaining cleanliness in the workspace.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States.
  • An Associate's Degree in Electrical or Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with PLCs, robotics, and high-speed manufacturing systems is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in basic computer skills.
  • Commitment to safety practices and quality standards.
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • The ability to pass pre-employment assessments and screenings.
