Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve intricate electrical malfunctions on various machinery, including robotic systems and controllers.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with other departments to minimize operational disruptions.
- Provide expert guidance in complex troubleshooting and optimization of equipment and processes.
- Mentor and train fellow technicians, offering constructive feedback on their electrical work.
- Interpret and analyze industrial electrical schematics and manuals accurately.
- Utilize SAP for maintenance functions and maintain precise records of activities.
- Assist in planning and executing maintenance activities, including daily and shutdown tasks.
- Engage in cost-effective decision-making regarding labor, parts, and materials.
- Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to safety standards and maintaining cleanliness in the workspace.

Your Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Possess an Associate's Degree in Electrical or Industrial Technology with five years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with seven years of experience.
- Experience with PLCs, robotics, and high-speed manufacturing equipment is preferred.
- Basic computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and strong mathematical abilities are essential.
- Ability to model safety practices and adhere to quality requirements.
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must pass pre-employment assessments and screenings.
