About the Role
As an integral part of our team, you will engage in the installation, upkeep, and repair of electrical components within our manufacturing facility, adhering to our reliability framework and safety protocols.

Your Contributions
In this position, you will be responsible for diagnosing intricate electrical challenges to achieve mill objectives, while also supporting engineering design, troubleshooting, documentation, project installations, and startups.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced electrical equipment issues across various assets, including robotic systems, controllers, servo drives, and temperature control loops.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules with other departments to minimize disruptions.
  • Provide expert guidance in complex problem-solving and optimization of facility equipment and processes.
  • Mentor and train fellow technicians on electrical tasks, offering constructive feedback on their work.
  • Interpret industrial electrical schematics, drawings, and manuals accurately.
  • Utilize SAP for maintenance functions and maintain precise records.
  • Assist in planning and executing daily, weekly, and shutdown activities.
  • Engage in cost-effective decision-making regarding labor, parts, and materials.
  • Uphold a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to standards and procedures, legal regulations, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:

  • To be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
  • An Associate's Degree in Electrical or Industrial Technology with five years of relevant manufacturing electrical experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with seven years of experience.
  • Preferably experience with PLCs, robotics, and high-speed manufacturing equipment.
  • Basic computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and strong math abilities.
  • A commitment to safety standards, including Electrical Safe Working Practices and Hazard Recognition.
  • To adhere to all quality requirements, including strict hygiene protocols.
  • The ability to maintain a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • To pass pre-employment assessments and screenings.
