Your Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve complex electrical malfunctions across various equipment, including robotic systems and temperature control loops.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules with other departments to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Provide expert guidance in troubleshooting and optimizing facility equipment and processes.
  • Mentor fellow technicians, enhancing their electrical skills and knowledge.
  • Interpret and utilize industrial electrical schematics and manuals effectively.
  • Employ SAP for maintenance operations and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assist in planning and executing maintenance activities, including shutdowns.
  • Engage in cost-effective decision-making regarding labor and materials.

Your Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Possess an Associate's Degree in Electrical or Industrial Technology with five years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with seven years of experience.
  • Experience with PLCs, robotics, and high-speed manufacturing equipment is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and strong mathematical abilities are essential.
  • Exhibit a commitment to safety practices and quality standards.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Must pass pre-employment assessments and screenings.
