**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Chief Financial Planning Analysis and Budgeting professional at Dagpa Group, you will be responsible for implementing financial planning, analysis, and budgeting policies and procedures to ensure effective internal control within the department.

**Key Accountabilities:**

  • Provide financial analysis and planning assistance to the strategic and business development functions.
  • Develop short and long-term financial projections, forecasts, and plans in accordance with the department's strategies and overall objectives.
  • Supervise the preparation of feasibility studies, financial due diligence, financial modeling & valuations, financial projections, and other types of financial analysis to support decisions related to acquisitions, divestitures, projects development, and joint ventures.
  • Identify and manage financial risks (interest rate and exchange rate risks) that can affect operations.
  • Supervise the development of financial models that serve to support the financial planning process.
  • Coordinate and oversee the budgeting process, assisting departments Directors in the preparation of their assumptions and budgets.
  • Set the provisional timetable to be followed for the budget process (approved by the Board of Directors).
  • Supervise the design and preparation of the budget forms, models, and templates to be used by departments Directors in the budgeting process.
  • Supervise the preparation of the consolidated annual master budget for including capital expenditure, operating expenditure, and manpower planning budgets.
  • Supervise the compilation, review, and preparation of the budgeted financial statements (income statement and balance sheet).
  • Monitor effective implementation of and compliance to the approved budget (tracking, variance analysis, reporting, etc...).
  • Present the monthly performance management reports to the Director of Finance and report on any areas that require attention.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Supervisory-level experience is required (2+ years).
  • Experience within the Real Estate industry is preferred.
  • Professional certificate CFA is preferred.
  • Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
