Job Title: Operations Manager

At Chief of Minds, we're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our daily transit services and ensure the smooth delivery of public transportation. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our transit system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support employees performing daily operations, ensuring they have the tools, training, and motivation to succeed.
  • Oversee the staffing levels, scheduling, and coordination of public transit services, ensuring routes run on time and adapt to changing needs.
  • Plan, implement, and manage operational activities in alignment with our strategic goals, prioritizing efficiency and quality.
  • Address operational challenges as they arise, coordinating with maintenance, customer service, and other departments to find swift, effective solutions.
  • Track and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure we're meeting and exceeding service standards, adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Maintain a focus on delivering exceptional service to passengers, working to ensure their experience is seamless, reliable, and safe.
  • Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety across the team.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Leader: You have (3) years of experience in operations management, preferably in public transit, logistics, or a similar field.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: You thrive in complex environments and excel at juggling multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Results-Driven: You are motivated by KPIs, metrics, and service goals, and you know how to drive performance improvement.
