About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to join our Technical Product Marketing team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing mechanisms and processes that enable our team to scale quickly and deliver results.

As a Program Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes that exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for building and executing mechanisms and processes that allow our team to scale quickly and broaden its impact across the wider AWS marketing team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Creation of mechanisms and processes to support business requirements for various initiatives
  • Implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of mechanisms and processes
  • Development of and reporting on success metrics tied to mechanism/process roll-out
  • Proactive cross-team communications on program activities

About the Team

The Technical Product Marketing team at AWS works backwards from customer and industry requirements to connect the dots between various AWS capabilities and services. We are looking for a Program Manager who has experience partnering with multiple stakeholders across different teams as they develop and execute mechanisms and processes to support the implementation of our organization's strategy.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and initiatives, from developing technical curriculum on our products and services to implementing new processes to ensure we are building and marketing the right portfolios of offerings to our customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal teams
  • Prior Technical Product Marketing experience
