Customer Experience Coordinator

At T.J. Maxx, we're looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to promote an excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities include overseeing a team of Associates, training and coaching on personalizing the customer experience, addressing customer concerns, and coordinating breaks. As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for creating a positive and engaging environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of Associates at the front of store
Train and coach Associates on personalizing the customer experience
Address customer concerns and issues promptly
Coordinate breaks for all

What You'll Need:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and coaching skills
