Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced LVN Charge Nurse to join our team at Touchstone Communities. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Lead and manage a team of LVNs and LPNs to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and services.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
Requirements
  • Current and valid Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an LVN or LPN in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
