Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stock Crew Manager Trainee to join our team at Hannaford Supermarkets. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our store, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
  • Supervise and train department associates to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality store conditions.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor, inventory, and other costs.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

A degree in business or a related field is preferred, as is experience in retail operations or a related field. You should also have a strong understanding of company policies and procedures, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
