About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Leap. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic store team to create exceptional customer experiences and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and execute action plans to drive sales performance and client engagement
  • Support the Store Manager with onboarding and training of new hires
  • Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks
  • Support with store activations and new store openings as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and systems, including Shopify, Endear, and Google Office
  • Work effectively under pressure and support completion of store opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain an active floor presence and be comfortable using a ladder and lifting up to 50lbs
Requirements
  • 2+ years of direct and/or indirect management experience
  • 3+ years of customer service and/or retail experience, with a background in a similar category preferred
  • Technical golf knowledge and awareness of current trends and events required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
