Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Overnight Stocking Coach to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our stocking operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are fully stocked and ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates.
  • Tour stores and provide feedback to ensure that our stores are meeting our high standards.
  • Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
  • Introduce and lead company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions.
  • Communicate business objectives to teams effectively and model exceptional customer service standards.
  • Drive the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring.
  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
