Sales Team Lead

DIFILIPPO is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Team Lead. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a small team to service our existing client base, develop new business opportunities, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
- Research new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing strategies.
- Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Desire to be active in the community.
- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
