  • Demand Creation and Revenue Marketing: Scale demand creation efforts to drive pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Product Marketing: Oversee the development of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for multiple product categories.
  • Brand and Communications: Act as a beacon of culture and values, both internally and externally, representing NextRoll's mission and vision.
  • Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Requirements
  • 12+ years experience in Martech and/or Adtech, with a deep understanding of the industry landscape and trends.
  • 6+ years of demonstrated success in marketing leadership roles, managing multiple product categories and segments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate a competitive and evolving market.
  • Experience in scaling demand creation and revenue marketing to support a high scale SaaS business growth.
  • Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and trade-offs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • A track record of fostering a positive and inclusive company culture, embodying the values and mission of the organization.
