Plant Manager

CEMEX is seeking a highly skilled Plant Manager to oversee the operations of our Ready Mix Plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant management, with experience in supervising drivers, scheduling personnel, and managing raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of drivers and plant personnel
  • Coordinate job sites and manage plant operations
  • Manage raw materials and maintain inventory levels
  • Ensure compliance with Company, State, and Local governing rules
  • Minimize plant costs while maintaining quality product

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in plant production
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Must be D.O.T. certified to manufacture concrete and concrete products
  • Must be proficient in the use of a computer and Microsoft Office applications

Working Conditions:

  • Continuous exposure to extreme heat, cold, noise, and working outdoors
  • Must wear protective equipment while at the location
