Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Northwest Medical Center. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for inspecting, installing, repairing, and replacing pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures to maintain the heating, water, gas, and drainage systems of our hospital facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and maintain plumbing systems to ensure they are functioning properly
Install, repair, and replace pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures as needed
Work with the Director of Plant Operations, Facility Manager, and the Maintenance Team to maintain the Central Utility Plant (boilers and chillers) and other infrastructure equipment
Collaborate with the team to maintain larger equipment and Building Automation Systems (BAS) on campus
Perform routine maintenance and PMs on campus

Requirements:

High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Four (4) years of experience in plumbing
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
Ability to read blueprints and diagrams
Excellent prioritization and planning skills
Effective communication and service skills
Valid Arizona Driver's License
