We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at the Gulf Shores Hampton Inn. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading the Front Desk and Breakfast teams, and ensuring seamless hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and motivate the Front Desk and Breakfast teams to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve hotel goals.
  • Customer Service: Greet and check-in guests, respond to guest inquiries and requests, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations: Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest services.
  • Inventory and Scheduling: Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and staff training to ensure efficient hotel operations.

Requirements
