Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our award-winning culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of culinary operations, from menu creation and food preparation to kitchen management and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement innovative menus that showcase our resort's unique culinary style
  • Lead a team of talented chefs in the preparation and presentation of exceptional dishes
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff supervision
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through consistent delivery of high-quality food and service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain our resort's reputation for excellence
Requirements
  • 2+ years of culinary leadership experience, preferably in a high-end resort or hotel setting
  • 5+ years of cooking experience, with a strong background in menu development and kitchen management
  • College degree or certification in culinary arts or hospitality management
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
