Our Culinary Team
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our award-winning culinary team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Executive Chef to oversee all aspects of culinary operations, from menu creation and food preparation to kitchen management and team development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and creativity
- Lead a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory, and supply chain management
- Collaborate with our Executive Chef to develop and implement culinary strategies and initiatives
- Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met
Requirements
- 2+ years of culinary leadership experience, preferably in a high-end resort or restaurant setting
- 5+ years of cooking experience, with a strong background in menu development and kitchen management
- College degree or certification in culinary arts or hospitality management
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
- Read, write, and speak English fluently
