This remote position is primarily focused on overseeing various external and internal reporting efforts that support our health plan collaborations. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-pressure settings, familiarity with the healthcare sector, and a strong commitment to our values of client service and high-quality execution. A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. Over time, this individual may lead one or more Business Analysts in managing the production of weekly and monthly reports and presentations, along with various ad hoc reporting tasks across multiple departments. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct the creation of client presentation materials that effectively showcase our team's achievements, utilizing data to craft impactful narratives.
  • Supervise the generation of external and internal weekly and monthly reports to assess current performance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Prepare team members for external meetings, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of recent data highlights and challenges.
  • Develop and present analyses to executive leadership that outline partnership opportunities for potential clients with Upward Health.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on data and reporting, engaging with leaders across the organization to convey insights and implications derived from data.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses as requested by colleagues in various departments, while assisting them in learning how to extract data and perform similar analyses independently.
  • Collaborate with Technology teams to translate business requirements into improved automated processes.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team on special research projects and key initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a prestigious university is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience, particularly in the healthcare services sector.
  • Proven experience collaborating with C-level executives in a rapidly growing organization.
