ROLE SIGNIFICANCE

This remote position is primarily focused on overseeing diverse reporting functions that support our health plan collaborations. The ideal candidate will have a background in high-pressure environments, familiarity with the healthcare sector, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills are essential, as this role may involve supervising Business Analysts in the future, overseeing the production of regular and ad hoc reports across departments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct the development of client presentation materials that effectively showcase our team's achievements, utilizing data to craft compelling narratives.
  • Manage the creation of both external and internal reporting on a weekly and monthly basis to assess current performance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Prepare team members for external engagements, ensuring they are well-versed in the latest data highlights and challenges.
  • Generate and present analytical insights to executive leadership, emphasizing partnership opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in data and reporting, providing insights and implications to leaders across the organization.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses as requested by colleagues, while empowering them to extract and analyze data independently in the future.
  • Collaborate with Technology teams to translate business needs into enhanced automated processes.
  • Engage with the Senior Leadership Team on research projects and strategic initiatives.
