Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the creation of client presentation materials that effectively showcase our team's achievements and impact.
  • Manage the development of both external and internal reporting on a weekly and monthly basis to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare team members for external engagements, ensuring they are well-versed in the latest data insights and challenges.
  • Generate and present analytical reports to executive leadership, highlighting partnership opportunities for potential clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on data and reporting, providing insights and guidance to leaders across the organization.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses for colleagues in various departments, assisting them in understanding data extraction and analysis techniques.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to translate business needs into enhanced automated processes.
  • Engage with the Senior Leadership Team on special research projects and strategic initiatives.
