This role involves assisting in the procurement of materials, equipment, supplies, and services essential for the company's strategic objectives.

The ongoing and periodic tasks performed are closely aligned with the unit's specialties, necessitating familiarity with administrative standards and practices relevant to these areas.

Responsibilities may include handling intricate documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations, as well as completing specialty-specific templates and forms.

While principals provide the majority of the content for these materials, the individual will also be expected to draft relatively straightforward correspondence and incorporate standardized elements into designated formats.



Key Responsibilities:
Manage the reconciliation of weekly RFQs
Submit finalized RFQ packages to Buyer/Planner

Follow-up on Open Purchase Orders:
Reporting, filing, and cadence calls
Defense Priorities & Allocations System (DPAS) acknowledgment and updating ratings for PO lines while notifying suppliers
Assist in resolving accounts payable payment issues
Address receiving discrepancies, incorrect addresses, and pricing concerns
Organize and maintain Outlook folders
Ensure compliance with Trade Secret regulations
Provide inspection support
Facilitate onboarding of new suppliers and maintain existing supplier accounts.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant and progressively responsible full-time work experience.
Directly relevant Associate Degree.
Fundamental office skills.
Experience with SAP and familiarity with T codes
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in utilizing a variety of automated office and information technology equipment is essential.

As office technology and software evolve, the incumbent is expected to stay updated with advancements relevant to this position.
