Job Summary:The University of Georgia is seeking a Holland Distinguished Professor of Nonprofit Management to join the School of Social Work. This is a tenure-track position that will contribute to advancing externally funded research in nonprofit management and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage in externally funded research in nonprofit management and leadership
- Teach 4 classes per academic year and mentor student research as appropriate
- Engage in service to the School, University, community, and profession
- Doctorate in social work or equivalent degree
- Strong record of external federal and/or other state and private foundation funding
- Outstanding scholarly record in research, teaching, and service
- Background in philanthropy and/or nonprofit management
- Established track record of mentorship with students and faculty
