Lecturer and Director of Nonprofit Management and Leadership Program

Job Summary:
The University of Georgia is seeking a Lecturer and Director of the Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management and Leadership (MA NML) program. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the MA NML program, including student recruitment, admission, and advisement, curriculum leadership, teaching, scholarship, and university, school, and community service.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of the MA NML program
* Lead curriculum development and implementation
* Teach a range of MA NML and MSW classes
* Develop and manage continuing education opportunities
* Guide strategic planning and refinement of the program
Requirements:
* Terminal degree (MSW or PhD in social work or allied profession)
* At least two years of post-master's leadership experience
* Background in student-centered pedagogy, engaged learning, distance teaching, and course development
