Position Overview

The Senior Vice President of Operations will report directly to the COO and will play a pivotal role in mentoring and supporting General Managers across various markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Value Creation & Growth: Collaborate with General Managers to enhance revenue and profit margins.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to utilize Flint's scale for improved efficiency.
  • Brand Integration: Oversee the onboarding of new brands, ensuring the implementation of effective systems for accelerated growth.
  • Cultural Development: Partner with General Managers to foster a strong organizational culture and employee engagement.
  • Team Building: Work closely with brand leadership to cultivate high-performing teams.

Deployment of Flint Playbook:

  • Coach and guide brand leadership in adopting Flint's operational playbook.
  • Become an expert in Flint's methodologies to drive impactful change.
  • Enhance the playbook with best practices to maximize value across all brands.
  • Establish a system for sharing and implementing best practices to accelerate value creation.
  • Improve training programs for both field and office personnel.

Leadership:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to refine operational strategies and vision.
  • Partner with General Managers to build and lead effective teams, focusing on hiring and retaining top talent.
  • Establish strong relationships with the COO and senior leadership.
  • Work alongside General Managers to achieve growth and operational objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in leading and scaling residential HVAC, plumbing, or electrical businesses, with a focus on growth and operational excellence.
